# Installation and first month’s subscription of cable TV is at S$180 and subsequent month at S$80 per month. And for Internet it will be S$280 for installation and subscription for the first month and subsequently S$100 per month.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A booking fee of S$500 to S$1000 (non-refundable) is necessary for personal, company and overseas bookings. This amount will be offset against rental upon checking-in.
Upon checking in, tenants are required to pay one month’s rental and one more month’s rental as a security deposit.
Upon checking out, the security deposit will be refunded after deduction of utility charges (against usages) and two standard compulsory fees of: -

Cooking gas S$30 per month

Telephone line subscription S$20 per month

Extension of lease for less than a month will be charged on a daily-rate basis.
There will be no refund for shortened lease.
All rentals to be paid prior to commencement of lease.
