Terms & Conditions
Singapore Apartments
  1. All apartments are subject to availability, unless a booking fee and tenancy agreement are paid and signed.
  2. A short term stay of 6 months is applicable to all room types.
  3. A minimum non-refundable booking fee of S$500 to S$1000 is necessary for the confirmation of the apartment. This amount will be offset against rental upon checking-in.
  4. Upon checking in, a security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent, and another one month’s rent in advance is applicable.
  5. Upon checking out, the security deposit will be refunded after deduction of utility charges and a standard compulsory fee of S$60 (cooking gas and telephone line subscription)
  6. Extension of lease for less than a month will be charged on a daily-rate basis.
  7. There will be no refund for shortened lease or pre-termination of the contract.
  8. All rentals to be paid prior to commencement of lease.
  9. Daily rate is applicable for extra days exceeding one week and less than one week.
  10. Utilities are water & electric usage, telephone & gas subscription.
Shanghai Apartments
  1. All apartments are subject to availability, unless a booking fee and tenancy agreement are paid and signed.
  2. Upon checking in, tenants are required to pay one month's rental and one more month's rental security deposit.
  3. Daily tenants need to pay at least RMB600 as a security deposit, and the security deposit will be refunded after deduction of all outstanding utility charges (against usages).
  4. Extension of lease for less than a month will be charged on a daily-rate or weekly-rate.
  5. There will be no refund for any break lease or deferment of lease.
