At International Service Apartments, we are thrilled to announce the new International Service Apartments Hotel (ISA Hotel), a unique and stylish apartment hotel, located at Marine Parade, Singapore. The apartment hotel was originally built in the 1930s as a private residential property, before being converted into a hotel. It has undergone several name changes over the years, including Amber Hotel and Kim Sun Hotel.

The apartment hotel features two buildings with an architecture that is inspired by the Peranakan cultural heritage of the area. The Peranakan culture is a mix of Chinese and Malay influences, and is characterised by its colourful and intricate designs, which can be seen in the hotel's façade, interior décor, and furnishings.

The apartment hotel offers a range of accommodations, including Bilik, Queen Studios, King Studios, and Duo Studios, all of which are fully furnished with modern amenities. All apartments feature a kitchenette (except for Bilik),  en-suit bathroom, a workstation and a flat-screen TV. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and housekeeping services. All apartments are pet-friendly as well.

The location of the hotel in the heart of the East Coast area of Singapore makes it an ideal base for exploring the city's attractions. The area is renowned for its vibrant and diverse food scene, with many local eateries serving up traditional Peranakan cuisine alongside international dishes. Moreover, the hotel is situated a mere 20-minute walk away from the beach and East Coast Park, where guests can indulge in a variety of outdoor activities, such as cycling, jogging, and water sports. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the nearest shopping mall, Parkway Parade. For those who wish to explore further afield, the city center and Changi Airport can be reached in just a short 15-minute drive.
