Very good service !!! Amazing

Ms Jhonna at front reception was helpful friendly good stay wonderful room and caring staffs.

Really cozy hotel, room was clean and so was everything provided.. Receptionist was nice as well.
Plenty of malls and restaurants to eat at by taking 5 minute bus ride .
Only downside is wall facing the hallway is quite thin, you can hear people talk outside.

Very comfortable and good services

Recommended especially for families that will stay for a week or more. Washing Machine, microwave oven and kitchen wares/utensils are available. We booked 1 unit with 2 rooms. Both rooms are air conditioned and have their own CR, ref, table and TV. Downside is that, the hotel has no lift and we were initially booked in 4th floor which is the only available that time. Thanks to Filipino staffs who arranged our transfer to lower floor when it was vacated. Room cleaning and bed sheet changing are done every 3 days only. Bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. But nearest shopping mall is about 10-15 min walk.
