Rates start from S$538 + 9% GST per night, with a minimum stay of six nights. That is the entry rate for our smallest apartment — the three- and four-bedroom apartments are higher, and longer stays are quoted at a better nightly rate, so tell us your dates and we will send you an exact figure.

Six nights. That is shorter than our condominium apartments, which take a three-month minimum, so ISA X suits a short project, a hospital visit or a few weeks between homes.

There are thirteen apartments on a single storey: ten two-bedrooms, two three-bedrooms and one four-bedroom, from approximately 35 m² (377 sq ft) to 61 m² (657 sq ft). Areas are taken from existing documentation and are approximate until final measurement.

They describe the layout and outlook of an apartment, not a different product. Every apartment has the same fully equipped kitchen and its own washing machine, whichever room type you book.

Yes — ISA X is pet-friendly. Cats and dogs of all sizes are welcome. The pet fee is S$140 per pet for the first night, plus S$20 per pet for each night after that, and 9% GST is added. Just tell us about your pet when you enquire so we can prepare the apartment.
