Yes — a full kitchen with cookware and a washer/dryer, so the family lives normally, not out of a hotel.

It happens — renovation dates often slip. Let us know as early as you can and we'll do our best to extend your stay, subject to availability. If your unit is already booked for the new dates, we'll look to move you to another suitable home so you're never left without one.

Yes — our homes are pet-friendly, and the HIP / Renovation Stay Deal waives the usual pet fee, so your companion moves in with you at no extra cost.

Most renovations run two to four months — an HDB flat is often six to ten weeks, a condo or landed home longer. We set your stay to match and extend where we can if works slip, so plan around the contractor's timeline, not ours.

Usually yes. Renovation dates shift and handovers get delayed, so we keep availability flexible and can often arrange a furnished home at short notice — just call and tell us when you need to be in.

Our homes come fully furnished, so you only bring personal belongings and essentials — no need to move your furniture in. Any storage for your existing pieces is arranged separately on your side, with your contractor or a storage provider of your choice.
