This policy explains what personal data ISA collects when you browse our site, make an enquiry, or stay with us — and how we use, share, and protect it. It is written to align with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Who we are

International Service Apartments Pte. Ltd. (“ISA”, “we”, “us”) is responsible for the personal data collected through this website and our booking and guest-service channels. You can reach us using the details at the end of this policy.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and look after your stay:

  • Identity & contact — name, email, phone number, and where relevant a billing address.
  • Booking details — property, dates, room type, guest count, and any preferences or requests.
  • Payment — handled by our secure payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage — pages viewed, device and browser, and cookie identifiers (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use your data

We process your personal data to:

  1. Respond to your enquiry and manage your booking and stay.
  2. Provide guest support and answer your questions.
  3. Take payment and help prevent fraud.
  4. Meet our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
  5. Send service messages, and — only with your consent — newsletters and offers.

You can withdraw consent for marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us. This will not affect messages that are essential to a booking you have made.

Sharing & disclosure

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with parties who help us run our service, under arrangements that require them to protect it:

  • Service providers who help us operate — for example our email, payment, and analytics providers.
  • Authorities or professional advisers where we are required to do so by law.

Where data is transferred outside Singapore, we take steps to ensure a comparable standard of protection, as required by the PDPA.

Retention & security

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law — typically for the duration of your relationship with us plus the period necessary to meet accounting and legal obligations — after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

We protect your data with appropriate administrative, technical, and physical measures, including access controls and staff confidentiality obligations.

Under the PDPA you may, subject to legal limits:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Withdraw consent to our use of your data.
  • Ask how your data has been used or disclosed.

We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes set by law.
