Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and look after your stay:
- Identity & contact — name, email, phone number, and where relevant a billing address.
- Booking details — property, dates, room type, guest count, and any preferences or requests.
- Payment — handled by our secure payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage — pages viewed, device and browser, and cookie identifiers (see our Cookie Policy).
How we use your data
We process your personal data to:
- Respond to your enquiry and manage your booking and stay.
- Provide guest support and answer your questions.
- Take payment and help prevent fraud.
- Meet our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
- Send service messages, and — only with your consent — newsletters and offers.
You can withdraw consent for marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us. This will not affect messages that are essential to a booking you have made.
Retention & security
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law — typically for the duration of your relationship with us plus the period necessary to meet accounting and legal obligations — after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
We protect your data with appropriate administrative, technical, and physical measures, including access controls and staff confidentiality obligations.
