At our apartment hotel and serviced apartments, your first pet stays free when you book directly with ISA. A pet fee applies for additional pets.

The fine print

Pet policy & fees

Where pets stay: Cats and dogs of all sizes are welcome at the ISA Hotel & Apartment Hotel and ISA Residences. ISA @ Raeburn Park welcomes up to 2 cats per room; dogs are not allowed there.
Residences pet fee: A pet fee of $100 + 9% GST per month applies at the Residences.
Hotel & serviced apartment pet fee: Your first pet stays free on direct bookings. For more than one pet, a one-time fee applies: $50 + 9% GST for 6 nights or less, and $100 + 9% GST for 7 nights or more.
Direct bookings: The free first pet applies to bookings made directly with ISA, not through third-party platforms.
Up to two pets: We generally welcome up to 2 pets per home; more may be possible by prior arrangement.
House rules: Please tell us about your pet in advance, keep pets leashed in common areas, clean up after them, and don't leave them unattended for long periods.

Yes, we're pet-friendly! We warmly welcome both cats and dogs, from small to big size breeds, at ISA Residences and the ISA Hotel & Apartment Hotel. For ISA @ Raeburn Park, we welcome up to 2 cats per room (dogs are not allowed there).

For our Residences, the pet fee is $100 + 9% GST per month. For our serviced apartments and the hotel, your first pet stays free as long as you book directly with ISA (this doesn't apply to bookings made through a third-party site). If you have more than one pet, a one-time pet fee applies — $50 + 9% GST for stays of 6 nights or less, and $100 + 9% GST for 7 nights or more.

We allow pets of all sizes, from small to large breeds. We just ask that they're well-trained and manageable within the apartment.

For your pet's comfort and to avoid disturbing neighbours, we kindly ask that pets aren't left unattended for long periods.

Yes! Our locations offer convenient access to nearby parks and open areas — perfect for dog walks and playtime.

A few simple ones: keep pets on a leash in common areas, clean up after them, and make sure they don't cause excessive noise or damage. Just let us know about your pet when you book so we can prepare the home.
