How to redeem

Redeem your e-ticket from the Sentosa Discovery Choice Pass (Hotel) page on Sentosa.com.sg.

Visit a Sentosa Ticketing Counter to exchange your e-ticket for a physical ticket — at VivoCity Level 3, Resorts World Station, Imbiah Lookout, Beach Station, or Sensoryscape (beside Sentosa Shop).

Verify your tourist status — from 1 July 2026, please bring your passport. Ticketing staff will scan your e-ticket and verify your nationality before issuing your physical ticket.

Enjoy your attraction — head to your chosen attraction and present the physical ticket to redeem your experience.

Terms & conditions

From 1 July 2026, all Sentosa Discovery Choice Pass redemptions require passport verification at a Sentosa Ticketing Counter to confirm tourist status before a physical ticket is issued.
Each QR code entitles you to choose one (1) participating attraction and is valid for a one-time redemption.
Redeemed tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded or amended.
The QR code is non-transferable and may not be resold.
Ticket validity is as stated on the eTicket received.
Campaign ends 31 March 2027.
